I am a passionate engineer with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Neural Networks, combining a deep understanding of algorithms with hands-on experience in building and optimizing intelligent systems to tackle real-world challenges.Currently pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science at UMass Amherst, I have worked on diverse projects, including knowledge distillation for model compression, image search using CLIP and FAISS, and facial sentiment detection—all designed to enhance efficiency, scalability, and real-world applicability of AI models. My work explores improving model performance while reducing computational overhead, ensuring AI systems are both powerful and accessible.Professionally, I have specialized in automating ITSM and ITOM processes, eliminating manual intervention and enhancing operational efficiency through intelligent RPA workflows. As a Security Champion, I led efforts to enforce best practices, conduct security-focused code reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards, strengthening platform integrity.I am driven by challenging problems and continuous learning, constantly seeking opportunities to apply AI and automation in innovative ways.
