   Drive quality and workflow efficiency for the film production team.​ Evaluate, systematize, and optimize workflows in both pre-production logistics and post-production technical/data support.• Manage a team of 12 to drive the execution of all in-house-made video content including classes, training videos, social media content, brand assets, as well as the development, documentation, and implementation of new processes.• Oversee the logistics behind the company’s newest venture into content licensing, which includes a FAST channel.• Developed an array of remote recording solutions that has enabled our team to capture class content remotely.• Directed the expansion of our contractor network from three to the current 122 crew members, including internal strategy, expansion roadmap, and the onboarding of new talent.• Oversee department budget and collaborate cross-departmentaly to ensure the best use of funds.• Research, develop, and maintain new systems, resources, and cross-departmental processes/solutions.• Led all video production aspects within international expansion into new markets, including LatAm, Europe, and India.• In pre-production, work closely with producers to make sure shoots happen smoothly and all details are taken care of. This includes: sourcing/booking film studios, assembling crews, handling insurance, contracts, and negotiations, managing a stable of equipment and/or rental gear, and general liaising between art direction/film/content.• Optimize all workflows to meet film shoot and content launch deadlines.• Responsible for data redundancy including NAS systems and AWS.• Oversee/mentor in-house video editing team. ​Guide reports in professional and technical development, represent the company mission, and work with senior management across the company to best ensure team is engaged and driving impact.
