Agile doesn’t fail because teams resist change—it fails when insight comes too late to matter.My career spans 16 years, starting as a hands-on developer and evolving into an Agility Lead and Agile Coach, supporting global teams across India and the US. Over the last 4+ years, I’ve worked closely with teams and leaders navigating complexity—tight timelines, distributed stakeholders, and constant change.A consistent pattern emerged in my work: Agile ceremonies were happening, retrospectives generated strong insights, but follow-through and visibility often broke down once the sprint moved on.That realization shifted my focus—from running Agile to enabling Agile at scale.I combine Agile coaching, product thinking, and Generative AI enablement to help teams reduce ceremony overhead through automation, improve flow, predictability, and learning using data and meaningful metrics, embed insights directly into tools like Jira rather than relying on manual tracking, and build AI-ready, high-performing teams that adapt faster without burnout.Alongside delivery coaching, I’ve also owned training governance and org-wide enablement, shaping learning strategy, budgeting, and large-scale upskilling—bridging day-to-day execution with long-term capability building. My approach is human-centered, outcome-driven, and systems-aware, focused on making change practical, measurable, and sustainable.I’m currently seeking Agile Lead / Agile Coach roles focused on Agile transformation, delivery excellence, and AI enablement.
