ABOUT GOLSHID NOORI DOLOOEE

As a Field/Office Coordinator at Kiewit Mass Electric, I play a key role in delivering large-scale rail electrification projects by supporting both field execution and office operations. My work ensures construction progresses safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with project specifications and Kiewit’s core values. On-site, I coordinate daily field activities, support equipment and panel installations in 5 big Electrical Rooms, perform pre- and post-pour inspections, track deficiencies, and assist superintendents in maintaining productivity and quality. I also engage directly in the safety culture of the project through daily LSAs, regular safety tours, and immediate reporting of hazards—fully supporting Kiewit’s zero-tolerance policy toward unsafe practices. From the office side, I contribute to quantity tracking, cost reporting, Craft hours, RFI and submittal processing, material coordination, and lookahead scheduling. I work closely with engineers, craft, and management teams to maintain alignment between field progress and design intent. This role continues to strengthen my foundation in infrastructure and field engineering, while developing leadership skills essential for managing complex construction projects.
