   A primarily Ruby-Based team, I\'ve built an internal application from the ground up to promote our website branding solutions. Working with an eng-team of 5 along with experienced Project Managers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Frontend Developers. Various tasks involve conducting interviews and leading project implementations. Mentor engineers. Conduct Best Practices meetings and Brown Bag meetings. Of the many presentations, I\'ve taught SOLID principles, refined APIs, memcached & Redis, node.js, Web Sockets, Spring Boot, RSpec and more. Working on improving current integrity and speed of existing applications. Built and taught how to create a unified and customized API design for our 3 main Ruby applications. Application Infrastructure setup in Linux that includes factoring of individual components to run on Docker. Applied Angular features on our Web2Print application and currently working to upgrade and make improvements on our CMS application. Enhanced speed and minimized CPU load by creating a conversion tool to migrate EFS-files based apps (property websites) to read those same assets off of AWS/S3 after conversion completion.
