Rate Management:Own the end-to-end process of updating and maintaining rates across multiple transaction types (Net Banking, Credit Card, etc.), where precision is critical to avoid revenue impact. Reconciliation & Data Accuracy:Perform regular rate reconciliation between internal systems to ensure data integrity, promptly identifying and resolving mismatches. Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis:Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues logged via JIRA, collaborating with product, tech, and business teams. Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest preventive measures. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:Initiate small-scale process improvements to reduce manual errors and streamline workflows — e.g, improving Excel-based templates and documentation flow for rate updates. Stakeholder Collaboration:Liaise with cross-functional teams to align on business priorities, ensure seamless rate deployment, and support overall operational readiness.
