Power Train Design: Sizing of the motor and battery pack. Selection of various power electronic converters for both HV and LV systems. Drive System Autonomy: Interfacing various microcontrollers and control systems with the motor, steering and brake system for electronic systems control. Safety Systems: Designed the emergency safety systems with the standards of formula student racing rules which protects the high cost components of the vehicle as well as for human safety. Power Distribution: Calculation of the expected power consumption of the various electrical components of the vehicle and selecting the appropriate power electronic converters for the supply.
