ABOUT GOKULDAS PAI
Gokul Pai is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA, MSc. Economic Policy from University of London, and also an MBA (Management and Strategy) from Western Governors University. He is currently in the Fiscal Policy and Sustainable Growth Unit of the World Bank where he is involved in Operations Support, Trust Fund Management, supporting client countries in various Tax Administration projects (including writing tax audit manuals, developing audit strategy, training), writing and review of papers on various thematic areas, as well as funding, budgeting and resource management. During last fifteen plus years of his professional experience, he has handled diverse roles, and worked for various country teams.
