Teamcenter (PDM): Facilitating the Teamcenter release processes for CAD parts, ECR, SOR, DFMEA and the SPECBOOK for Interior Console items such as Armrest, Console side trims, Main Console carrier, Stowage Bin, Console Covers, Main Bazel and assemblies. Also supported for Exterior, BIW and Doors and closures releases. Involving in VF Knowledge Capture activities from Teamcenter for TTL Business support (Data Exchange - Export from Teamcenter into SharePoint and after evaluation of the content then Loading into the Jira-Pulse database) Knowledge sharing of the PDM Teamcenter activities across the PMO and other teams• Engineering Change Management (ECR): Chasing and supporting the stakeholders in creating the ECR Documents, Digital Mockup Documents and Cost documents from Suppliers Getting approvals from Chief Project Engineers and the VinFast Change approval Boards Controlling ECR Releases in the Teamcenter (PDM Software) and confirming the final releases• Supplier On-Boarding (SOB & SOR): Involving in the Scope of Request Creation, Technical discussion with Suppliers and Engineering team, Purchasing team alignment for commercial discussions until the Nomination• Program Change Management: Involving in Program change initiation & conducting the meetings for the Capacity planning, technical and commercial agreement with stakeholders Creating JIRA Pulse tickets (PCR-VCM) to record the progress of the running Program Change Requests & Authorizing the Changes through the Budget confirmation with a Signed PO from the Customer & Creating and managing all the evidence in the SharePoint
