Vehicle platforms range from IC - 450cc to 1200cc (V1, V2, V4) and EV -35kw, 40 kw.Building on my development work, I oversee key technologies such as thelighting unit, keyless system, instrument cluster, radar system, EMS ECU,ABS HECU, switch cubes, electronic suspension, electronic throttle body,starter motor, stator & rotor, electronic fuel cap, electronic seat actuator,fuel pump module, heated grip with ride-by-wire (electronic throttle), andmirror with indicator and Chassis & Engine sensors. I work closely with theengineering team from concept stage to ensure the production versionmeets all requirements.(Global Launch - EU & US).My focus includes Bill of Materials (BOM) cost reduction by implementingcost-effective, high-quality sourcing strategies through supply chainoptimization, value engineering, and strategic negotiations with seniorstakeholders.During development, I concentrate on quality, cost, delivery, technologies,and supply chain management to successfully transition from concept toproduction vehicle.I was heavily involved in competitor benchmarking during the early stages toincorporate world-class technologies, enhance performance, and achievecompetitive costs.
