   Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of Soilmec SR 60, SR 40 rigs and DTH machines, Caterpillar – 336 D, 330 D,329D and 325 D base machines, Caterpillar wheel loader maintenance, SANY 500E, RT 755 and RT 980 cranes, Power pack and Vibro hammer (PVE).•Prepare 3D drawing of customized mechanical components parts using \"SOLIDWORKS\" Software and manufacturing the parts using the lathe.•Prepare CAD 2D drawing for the customized layout about the mechanical components of Rigs using the \"AUTO CAD\".•Procuring mechanical parts for the Rig machines and services needed for projects.•Preparing purchase orders for acquiring spare parts.•Inspection, checkup and troubleshooting of hydraulic system and hydraulic circuit in SR-60,SR-40, DOOSAN, JCB backhoe loader, and HYVA boom trucks.•Ensure all kelly, corebar, and agor are performed in compliance with the requirements of the relevant specifications, drawings, codes and standards, which form part of the contract.• Inspecting and troubleshooting the problems of the machines that includes C9 and C7 engine overhauling, Catridge and hydraulic Jack repairs, Injector- Pressure and leaking issues, Engine oil pressure low and other related warnings, Hydraulic pumps, Rotary motors and gear box, Reduction gear box and PVE hammer and engine installation and repairing.• Inspecting and troubleshooting HVAC system in the caterpillar operating cabin of SR60, SR40 rigs.• To order and arrange materials for all the spare parts, required to perform the maintenance task.• Inspecting the quality of the Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE) of the workers.• Worked as site maintenance engineer and also as supervisor in \"NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN PROJECT\" in wind gantry, solar line project, wind fan project lead by L&T by planning scheduled maintenance, periodic maintenance and planned maintenance for SR40, SR60 and Jintai Rigs.
