Head- Project Management (BESS): Leading end-to-end BESS project management for installation and commissioning of 120 MWh Capacity, implemented across three substations (40 MWh each), from concept to execution.2. Secured long-term Power purchase agreements of value more than Cr (having 25-year tenure) under TBCB regime with state DISCOMs, ensuring future cash flows and portfolio stability.9. Advocating suitable changes to discoms on DBFOO frameworks for tendering of Long term powerprocurements to ensure balanced risk in Power purchase agreements10. Advocating policy changes to the Ministry of Power, CEA and CERC on various regulations and frameworks11. M&A strategy: asset scouting, commercial evaluation, due diligence (NCLT & non-NCLT assets).12. Spearheaded financial modelling for 2×800 MW Phase-II capacity expansion, aligning with DBFOO framework.
