Leading the strategic sourcing activities of indirect spends for Marketing POSM and Trade categories across Western Europe. • Managing £60m+ annual spend with appx 40 strategic and 200 non-strategic suppliers through sourcing projects and contract management. • Proactively and continuously seeking for new smart spending opportunities while building strategic plans aligned with BAT\'s vision & mission. • Contributing to the total cost of ownership by supporting sustainability agenda and creating complexity reduction initiatives for continuous improvement as well. • Actively creating ideas on simplification and standardization of processes through digitalization and automation. • Having strategic performance meetings with suppliers in order to build sustainable, stronger and long-term engagement. • Collaborating with global and local internal stakeholders both on sourcing projects and best practice sharing. • Ensuring business contingency plans, governance and legal compliance processes are implemented on time and in full.
