I am a dedicated and enthusiastic postdoctoral research fellow with a strong background in molecular biology and genetics. My current focus is on unraveling the genomics of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, essential components of plant symbiosis. Leveraging my expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and third-generation sequencing technologies, I specialize in achieving chromosome-level assemblies, shedding light on the intricate genetic makeup of these fascinating organisms. My passion lies in bridging wet lab techniques with advanced bioinformatics methodologies. With proficiency in transcriptomics, epigenetics, and bioinformatics, I am adept at extracting meaningful insights from complex genomic data. My skill set extends to programming languages like R and Python, enabling me to develop tailored analytical tools for robust data interpretation.
