Over the last 30 years, Nicolas has served as a change management thought leader specialized in reshaping and redesigning all processes, organization, and tools. He has built an industry-wide reputation for driving collaboration across an extended supply chain network to grow the top line and maturity from reactive supply chain management Level 1 to Level 3. As an agile leader, Nicolas adapts to any conditions and business, from highly regulated pharmaceuticals to seasonal and equipment businesses to B2B, B2C, and eCommerce. Regardless of the challenge, he remains passionate about understanding every level of a company’s organization to drive change, fix problems, and optimize processes that position the enterprise at the forefront of the competition.Nicolas presently serves as Executive Vice President Manufacturing & Operations at Zodiac Pool Systems, LLC (a Fluidra Company). Throughout his tenure, Nicolas has rebuilt the supply chain processes and teams. These efforts have resulted in significant reductions in inventory costs, improved customer on-time deliveries and increased cash flow by focusing on the management of supplier terms and other supplier costs. He has also led and managed teams that have moved in-house factory operations from France and the US to low-cost countries. Also, Nicolas led Zodiac through the challenges of Covid-19 with a focus on revamping processes and eventually doubling growth in the US.Previous roles include Head of Regional Supply Chain (Europe) at Sanofi and S & OP Manager at Merial. He possesses an EMBA from Emlyon Business School and a Pharm D from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Also, Nicolas has received several awards, including a “Vendor of the Year During Covid Award” and three “Best Vendor of the Year” awards in 2021 and 2022, recognized by the US swimming pool industry.Key Career Highlights: Grew Zodiac from an average mid-size company of $100M in Europe and $500M total to a listed Fluidra company.
