My job & Responsibility in store department.I have total 5 year of experience in inventory, Store & (Local Purchase) department (technical & non technical store)1) Materials handling (Raw material & Consumables items)2) Inventory Maintain.3) Dealings with transporters & insuring timely delivery of goods.4) Cordinating with production manager as well as accountant for smooth functioning of orders, packing & dispatch.5) Ordering raw material on timely basis and ensuring that there is no shortage.6) Proper records of raw material issuance.7) Issue material as per FIFO & LIFO system.8) Identification of all materials stored.9) Prepare all Documentation Releted Audit (i.e. ISO, IATF, MRS, GRN, MIS, Gate Pass.etc).10) Invoice to be proceed in account.11) Check the material as per invoice, Challan & P.O.12 ) Vendor Maintain Related jobwork.13) Mail (in Outlook).14) 5s, Self motivated and smart working, Teamwork.15) Generate E-Invoice & E-Way bill16) Maintain record in ERP Inward/outward & Stock.17) Monthly counting physical stock in store to cross verify in ERP stock.18) Manpower handling.
