About Nikita Goel
Supply chain leader with over 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, Skilled in Demand & Supply planning, Logistics and warehousing, Import - export operations and process improvements (LEAN). I am currently leading the sales and operations planning (S & OP) and material planning team at Hilti India. The product portfolio includes more than 3k SKU\'s across product nature of chemicals(perishable), fasteners (FMCG of construction) and power tools and accessories. I hold an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, with a specialization in operations and supply chain management, and a certification in problem solving using Lean methodologies and project management from Siemens AG.My core competencies include demand and supply management, data analysis, inventory management, and team leadership. I am responsible for overseeing the entire S & OP process, from gathering relevant data, generating statistical forecasting, to reaching final consensus on the projected revenue with the senior executive team on a monthly basis. I also manage the planning team metrics, such as forecasting accuracy, inventory days, product availability, and inventory obsolescence, with the help of data-driven insights. Additionally, I am involved in key decisions to calculate and finalize planning parameters, such as portfolio review, safety stock, and replenishment frequency. My work has earned me multiple awards and recognition, including the best supply chain team member of the year award in 2021, and the runner-up in 2022.
