Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager @Nhs
Reporting to the Head of Quality, this role forms part of the departmental senior leadership team responsible for the delivery of the Trust\'s Quality, strategy, and vision to ensure \'Excellent Care for All\' through the delivery of safe, effective and high quality services, that ensure the people who use NHS services, their families, carers and visitors receive a positive experience. Under the direction of the Head of Quality, responsible for providing leadership and expertise for the day to day delivery of the Quality Assurance and Compliance work programme/plan, including reporting and management and the reporting of national audits and enquiries, internal audit, National Institute for Health & Care Excellence (NICE) guidance, the Trusts service assurance scheme e.g. accredited wards, and regulatory compliance e.g. Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the identification of areas for quality improvement.
