As a Associate Vice President and Head of R&D at Esjay Pharma Pvt Ltd, I lead the team of more than 80 scientists with various stages of drug development proces including Formulation Development/ Process Development /Exhibit batches/Analytical Method development/ Technology transfer process/Handling regulatory Queries /Product Launch Plan and Execution with the objective of safety/ efficacy as well as high-quality formulations.Seasoned R&D Leader with over 22 years of distinguished experience in the pharmaceutical industry especially in Research and Development, I have successfully developed and launched more than 100 products, including first-to-file, NCE-1, 505(b)(2), and Para IV products, for the US, EU, and other global markets.My core competencies include applying Quality by Design (QbD) concepts, designing and optimizing formulas and processes, conducting IVIVC correlation studies, addressing regulatory queries, and developing patent non-infringing strategies. I have also developed novel technologies such as HME, MUPS, and solid dispersion to enhance the bioavailability and stability of drug products.
