About Godfrey Senkaba
Godfrey is an enterprising, results-focused Monitoring and Evaluation professional, offering more than 14 years of progressively responsible technical leadership in program design and development, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to programs at the community, national, and global levels. First-rate skills in setting up and managing DME Teams at the project, program, portfolio levels and for M&E teams for funding/donor office, designing DME systems and implementation support for development programs across Africa, Asia, Middle East, and the Caribbean. In addition, Godfrey has managed function for funding offices and has hands on skills in Managing M&E Teams, supporting program acquisitions (proposal development – public (e.g, US Government - USAID), foundations, private sponsorships, and other donors), implementation related M&E components such as baselines, evaluations, Activity MEL plans, program assessments, and data quality assessments. I am familiar with private and bi/multilateral donors (especially USAID.). Godfrey has a Master’s degree in Social Sector Planning and Management.
