Costing and imputing of all published adverts(print and Online) into the production chart• Co-coordinating all advert payment by ensuring the right amount is paid• Prepares weekly advert sales report for management meeting• Monitoring and follow up on all credit adverts• Process all Advert discounts for Lagos office and out stations • Supervises the advert production unit • Monitoring and filling of all gratis as approved by management• Investigate and process all make good advert for necessary approval by management before re-run• Ensuring that Specific adverts that require indemnity are dully followed and adhered to. • Monitoring and updating all barter transaction between the Nation and her clients• Filling of all media space order and other correspondence authorizing any advert publication.• Filling of all approved public Notice advert s for record purpose.• Weekly reconciliation of advert debt with credit control department• Creation and re design of the Advert rates at directed by Management • Reporting to the Advert Manager, and any other assignment given to me by management.
