The main task is to help colleagues find candidates and information. And the help was manifested in various aspects- Search for contacts and portfolios of candidates- Search for candidates\' resumes by vacancies or projects- To search for resumes on LinkedIn, I use both X-Ray and internal social network search using boolean search. In addition, I am looking for candidates on linkedin on the company\'s own page. Except for linkedin and hh.ru I am also looking for telegram, social networks of both specialized and general purpose, Russian and Western. I regularly follow the news in the areas of sourcing, OSINT technologies, as well as the gaming industry- Collecting statistics on salaries from hh.ru and telegram channels. I first did the reports in Google Sheets, and then I additionally began to do them in Quarto + R. Statistics are not always standard, so you have to adjust to the requests of the head- I made telegram bots. One is for processing candidate responses, the other is for candidate surveys. I made bots based on Leadteh- In telegram, I am looking for channels, groups and chats for posting vacancies. I collect information about the cost and conditions of accommodation. I pay for the placement and control the publication of vacancies- In a telegram, I can pair users from a group or channel for subsequent mailing- I help with the search for various other information on projects and personal assignments- Tasks are conducted in Jira, Knowledge Base in Confluence, ATS - Huntflow, communication in telegram and Google Meet.
