Validate Tool & Tackles in Proto build of New Models & Capture Observations if any modification required. Preparation of Tool, Tackle & Trolley List as per New Model requirement. Capturing Line ORC & circulating to CFT Team for All Models. Coordination with Industrial Engineering Team for Time Study, Line Balancing and Manpower Work Distribution allocation.Fitment report and ORC sheet release at Proto Level and First Line Build and got action plan from CFTand sign-off. Clearance of Pilot Lot from End of line (EOL), Final inspection (Fi), QARS gate & PDI Provide Training of New Models to Production Team & Handover Project to Production Team. Identify & Close BOM Error Cases in New Models as well as in regular Models for Smooth Line build. Preparation of Documents of assembly such as MODEL MATRIX, RFQ, NEW MACHINE INSTALATION,CTQ, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, etc. for line Management. Line Trials (Field Service Concerns, Source of Duplication & Cost Saving) on Tractor Assembly Line. Implementation of ECN through PRN (Process Review Note) releasing. Loose part list.
