First, to allow semi-professional players, dedicated amateur musicians, and full-time music educators an opportunity to play challenging and rewarding concerts in a professional setting. And second, to provide exceptional concert experiences to the South Bay community. After creation, two additional related goals formed. To highlight the best that wind band music has to offer. And ultimately, to become known as the premiere wind ensemble on the West Coast.
