About Gopinath Sahu
Highly performance-driven Mechanical Engineer with expertise in high-power electronics cooling using Liquid jets, Sprays, and Loop Heat pipes. Pursuing Post-doctoral research at CTRC, Purdue University, USA in the area of thermal management of high-power electronics.My research interest is to design and develop efficient thermal management solutions for high heat flux dissipating devices using both experimental and numerical techniques. Proven ability in indigenously devloping the high heat flux test facility (as high as ~900 W/cm2) with entire thermal control systems. Expert in simulating the coupled fluid flow and heat transfer in liquid jet and micro-channel flow using Ansys Fluent, COMSOL multiphysics.I am a passionate thermal engineer with expertise in both active and passive cooling methods.
