As a Lead Superintendent, my role includes planning and implementing construction means and methods, creating and monitoring schedules, managing site logistics, monitoring job costs with the project management team, quantity reporting, field forecasting, and productivity tracking to keep projects on schedule, while ensuring they\'re executed with the highest degree of quality for our clients. Acting as a liaison with subcontractors, owners, design consultants, and other key stakeholders, my responsibility is to ensure that field operations run efficiently and SAFELY on the project from start to finish.
