Since December 2023, I have actively contributed to the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) at Unico Housing Finance, driving key operational efficiencies. In LMS, I collaborated with the Operations Team on Oracle Flexcube to create Customer IDs, Collateral Records, Co-Applicant Linkages, and Customer ICs across multiple screens while reconciling manually collected Login Fees using the GEFU upload format. Transitioning to the Credit Team, I led LOS initiatives by engaging with senior management to finalize requirements, coordinating with PwC for seamless Salesforce implementation, managing change requests, and conducting workshops. My training efforts spanned Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Telangana, where I simplified complex concepts using my multilingual skills, ensuring 100% adoption and enabling smooth loan application processing through disbursement. Recognized with a Certificate of Excellence from the CEO, I continue to impact organizational growth by managing Salesforce Admin tasks for Pan-India operations, including user creation, data management, password resets, pin code and branch mapping, bulk uploads, and mapping external users to Relationship Managers. Leveraging the Developer Console, I also execute backend operations like password resets and SOQL queries for data retrieval and reconciliation. This blend of technical, administrative, and leadership expertise has been instrumental in optimizing systems, enhancing collaboration, and driving operational excellence across regions.
