My journey started as a Direct Dialogue Recruiter at Greenpeace India, where I learned the fundamentals of advocacy, public engagement, and grassroots fundraising.Over the years, I took on leadership roles at Amnesty International, Magic Bus, UNICEF India, and other renowned organizations, managing large teams, spearheading fundraising operations, and building high-performance teams.
