InCharge of overall Software Delivery of Android TV product to operators. Product Deliver Lead for key operators to provide end to end Android software solutions for STBs. Responsible for the complete lifecycle of the product from initial discussions with the operator till delivery, maintenance, and Android letter upgrades. Successfully deployed 3 operators projects along with Android letter upgrades in USA and Canada. Device Security content-protection requirements, making Android TV Security Implemented remote management using TR369 is being used successfully by customers. Making sure all the Software used in the product is having Open-source compliance. Create and Maintain SCRUM boards, daily updates with the team and generate reports to share. Device certifications from Google, Netflix, Amazon, Dolby, HDMI, Wi-Fi alliance. Device performance optimization for Memory, cycles, Wi-Fi throughput Collaboration with various teams from Customer Project, factory, Platform, QA, PMO and Customer Design and implementation of Customer Change Requirements Work with HW team, bring up the box, customize boot loader, security hardening, prod signing, verify with factory SW team and deliver binaries to factory. Coordinate with Certification and QA teams, review and define test scope for every release. Ensure high quality software is delivered to customers and meets their requirements within schedule.
