Overseeing creation and execution of the Digital Buildings built-environment data & technology strategy, aligned with QR Enterprise and company-wide objectives. • Working with the Digital Building, Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to establish the technical and data architecture for buildings across various asset types. • Working with Digital Building team in network systems, building systems and IoT to create data & technology standards & playbooks to be adopted across all building types. • Leading the design, implementation, and continuous updating of the digital building architecture, including all appropriate documentation. • Leading the evaluation of new and existing technology vendors for alignment with QR digital strategy, building and maintaining strategic technology vendor and consultant relationships. • Identifying and executing on data use-cases to enhance the value of our operations and real estate assets – assisting with the deployment of proofs-of-concept and innovative pilots. • Ensuring reliable and flexible integration of OT data systems, sensors, and applications to a portfolio-scaled infrastructure, including appropriate tie-ins to QR Enterprise platforms. • Designing and executing the OT building and customer data roadmap and engagement model for data engineering, data science, and data governance. • Working with Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to create and manage a robust, reliable, and scalable data platform for the OT environments. • Working to create appropriate and optimized utilization of cloud platforms directly and through vendors to ensure reliability and control costs. • Ensuring QuadReal’s building technology architecture is optimized and conducive for scale, and operationalize solutions for adoption and implementation at scale across the business. • Leading Operational Technology (OT) cyber program.
