Returned to firm as Practice Support Applications/Systems Manager. Responsibilities include: • Research, recommend, architect, implement, customize, maintain and support at a technical and user level all litigation support enterprise applications licensed by the Firm. Currently supported applications include Relativity, IPRO Classic, Biscom, TextMap, Casemap as well as Patricia (IP Docketing software). • Design and develop database applications, utilities and scripts in support of firm clients and Practice Support department. • Technical liaison for Practice Support team to Information Services department.
