Dedicated to supporting ADHD UK\'s initiatives, I serve as a committed Ambassador, driving fundraising efforts and spearheading awareness campaigns to provide crucial support for individuals impacted by ADHD. Drawing upon my personal experience with ADHD, I offer a unique perspective that enriches our mission, challenging misconceptions and fostering inclusivity within our communities.ADHD UK, founded in 2020, aims to assist those affected by ADHD, including individuals with the condition and their families, friends, employers, and co-workers. As a charity funded solely through personal donations, we are committed to providing accurate information, emotional support, and advocating for individuals with ADHD within employment, education, government, and healthcare. Our goal is to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and undertake or fund research that will have a meaningful positive impact on those with ADHD.Join me in supporting ADHD UK\'s five goals- Information: Providing accurate, pertinent, quality information for people with ADHD, their carers, and medical professionals- Support: Offering emotional and informational support for people with ADHD and their carers via various channels- Research: Undertaking or funding research that will positively impact those affected by ADHD- Advocacy: Advocating for those with ADHD within employment, education, government, and healthcare- Awareness: Raising awareness and understanding to remove stigma and discrimination associated with ADHD.

As a Technical Consultant at Bluespires, I help businesses strengthen their IT foundations through proactive support, clear communication, and long-term planning. I’m very people-focused, and I genuinely enjoy building strong client relationships, understanding how people work, earning their trust, and delivering reliable solutions that make a real difference day to day.A key part of my role is acting as the main IT contact for several organisations.
