Lead the assessment of ACF’s work, leverage research and data – including donor & community voice – to assess progress towards organizational strategic plan goals. Provide project management for discretionary grantmaking and diversity, equity, & inclusion strategy. Scope of responsibilities include: o Create and maintain a culture of learning, evaluation, and continuous growth, connect data and insights with decision-making, and improve overall effectiveness. o Develop and implement an impact learning and evaluation strategy in partnership with ACF leadership and organizational business units to co-define objectives, measure progress and outcomes, and ensure equitable impact across ACF’s operations.o Conduct data analysis (quantitative & qualitative) of internal/external stakeholders and customers to understand impact, identify areas for improvement, and measure success against established goals. o Identify funding sources including government agencies, foundations, and corporations to support strategic focus areas and initiatives.o Collaborate with colleagues in the development and stewardship of relationships with new and established funding partners to bolster the pipeline of prospective revenue streams. o Oversee discretionary grantmaking by coordinating development, tracking, and reporting of budget expenditures.o Report directly to the Chief People Officer as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.o Lead innovative DEI strategies that span all Arizona communities. Tasks include research best practices, developing data visualizations, strategic planning, and program development efforts. o Co-Chair of the internal staff led DEI Committee. Work collaboratively with committee members and leadership to develop and recommend goals and metrics to enhance the evaluation of organization-wide strategic plan progress.
