About Garrett Ming
Nearly 27 years of automotive retail experience in all areas of dealership operations. I got into software development to address production and customer satisfaction issues in dealership service departments. Dealerships succeed or struggle based on how successfully they load their shops and produce work. We have created and are successfully installing two patented operational systems for dealer service: ShopLoader for the main shop and WorksTiming for dealer\'s quick service departments. Both create the operational transparency shops need to see, fix problems, and continue to improve.
