Analyze Java.NET and native C/C++ applications to create an Application Performance Profile for all critical and user impacting transactions. Fully responsible for the End to End On-boarding process of Dynatrace APM monitoring tool. Installing and configuring the tool agents on application middleware systems. Proactively produce and analyze performance reports, incidents, threshold warnings while following through on recommendations for optimization changes- Conduct application performance profiling and management in a distributed system environment to business team for critical decision making process- Engaged in capacity monitoring and management support model in a distributed system environment- Implement and coordinate with the development team to instrument monitoring agents and profile the business transactions identified in the Application Performance Profile in the respective monitoring tool (Dynatrace, Introscope, AppDynamics)- Partner with the development teams to optimize transnational performance characteristics (response time and throughput) in both development and performance testing environments to establish predictive performance baselines- Work with the extended teams to optimize system infrastructure and tune OS, platforms, databases to support targeted application performance goals and objectives- Accountable for the resolution of immediate and longer term performance issues. This includes the complete analysis of perceived performance problems carried through to the quantifiable identification of the root-cause in a multi-tiered environment.
