About Gina McDaniel
After volunteering as the lead for the GDIT PRIDE Resource Group (ERG), developing communications and events designed to inspire as well as educate, I have decided that I want to work in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion full time. I\'m looking for an opportunity that will allow me to work in a team-oriented environment creating education and supporting cultural development within an organization or as a group that serves external organizations. I have considerable experience as an instructional systems designer creating accessible learning experiences as well as facilitating experiences through my work with the ERG.
