Launched new React front-end apps for shop & checkout, with accompanying product and checkout APIs * Led the charge on hypercare team efforts to stabilize the site post launch. We pulled together a cross-team group to knock out the top issues as identified by stakeholders.* Managed the team through multiple leadership changes and team restructuring.* Launched product recommendations. This accomplishment was not just about a feature launch, but about a partnership between multiple teams to challenge our original MVP and come up with a new algorithm. This included partnerships with the merchandising and data science teams.* Guided the Search & Discovery team to successfully launch Contentful dynamic landing pages on time for use in the 2022 Holiday Gift Guide. This was also not just about the feature launch but about the process. We had a very tight collaboration with UX and marketing, along with period check-ins and peer review to ensure we were on track with no surprises.* Collaborated with the risk team to ensure we had proper fraud rules in place * Led the implementation of Stripe, along with Radar for Fraud, 3DS payments, Affirm and ApplePay.* Dramatically reduced checkout issues by taking on a multiple root cause issues per sprint.* Supported all major sales post react migration. Supported $4-5M days during peak sale volume.
