   Tokyo Gas America Ltd

   Apr 2018 — Present · Houston, TX, US

   Dual position with TGNR and Tokyo Gas America. Primary focus on Unconventional Gas (Haynesville, Cotton Valley, Eagle Ford, Barnett).• Successfully closed over $4 billion of acquisitions in East Texas & North Louisiana with our partner company, TG Natural Resources.• Evaluated dozens of new drill and workover AFE’s using data from Enverus. Performed type curve analysis in Aries/Excel and designed custom query reports for oneline & monthly economics.• Participated in several data room presentations and performed the technical engineering evaluation for A&D opportunities ranging from $10MM to over $7B PV10. • Worked extensively with auditors each year to update our year-end reserve reports for the Eagle Ford, Barnett, & Haynesville assets. Challenged auditors where necessary to maximize the value of our assets.• Maintained close communication with the operator. Shared our well spacing analysis work and new drill proposals (which the operator ultimately agreed to).• Delivered monthly presentations to the CEO about the financial performance of our assets. Analyzed JIB, revenue, and LOS data to calculate various financial metrics (comparing budget to actual).
