Also traveled to Zimunai, Tacheng, Alashankou, Khorgos, and Heihe to identify new partners and establish alternative logistics routes- Led negotiations on returns, compensations, urgent replacements, and emergency delivery of defective components, resolving critical issues effectively and promptly- Worked on enhancing the WMS (Warehouse Management System), which accelerated inventory turnover, improved order fulfillment speed, and helped prevent product shortages or overstocks in the warehouse.
