I drive successful project outcomes through process design and hands-on mentorship of the QA team. Oversee QA standards and processes to improve efficiency and quality for 15-member QA team - Identify high-priority initiatives, in coordination with the Vice President of Engineering, and lead Working Groups each half to advance those initiatives - Facilitate monthly QA team calls + weekly office hours to ensure cross-team alignment on discipline-priorities and initiatives - Perform administrative responsibilities for 10up managed QA tools; this includes maintaining relationships with external partners/representatives, ensuring that the team has necessary access, and making informed recommendations for future tooling decisions 2. Strategic cross-group consulting on project estimates/approach in sales and pre-kickoff phases - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Experience Design, Systems, Audience Strategy, and Client Delivery, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities - Validate QA hours, approach, and deliverables, and make recommendations to Group Leadership if changes are necessary- Where needed, selectively step in to review key QA deliverables (ie. Launch Plan), supervise client demos, or perform ad hoc pre/post launch testing, on high risk projects- Act as primary subject matter expert for QA-specific escalations from Group Leadership (ie. project process, QA-specific personnel feedback, PD requests, competency scoring, etc.)3. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance processes.4. Contribute directly to projects while achieving a flexible billable target determined by the VPE
