I\'m an Enterprise Architect with a track record of turning complex transformation programs into tangible business outcomes across CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM and the governance and architectures that hold them together. My work spans the full arc from strategy to execution: facilitating deep-dive capability assessments with C-suite and operational teams, designing scalable reference architectures, and building the governance structures that make change stick. I\'ve done this across financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, and media, contributing to organizations including Fidelity Investments, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CVS Pharmacy, Marriott International, Forbes, and IDC. More recently, I\'ve been designing and operationalizing Agentic AI tools built on Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. These purpose-built agents support capability maturity scoring, process gap analysis, privacy and risk governance reviews, and architecture trade-off evaluation. The goal is always the same: compress the time between discovery and confident decision-making. I challenge norms, earn executive trust quickly, and bring a hands-on approach to everything from Architecture modelling and Lean Six Sigma to MDM strategy and Agile delivery. Outside of work, you\'ll find me behind a camera doing urban and macro photography, under a classic Jaguar, at a great restaurant, or somewhere new in the world.
