I am a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Appellate Division, following a clerkship in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part. My experience in these roles spans business and commercial litigation, securities litigation, and business tort matters, including complex business disputes, corporate governance issues, LLC and partnership litigation, securities fraud and misrepresentation claims, contract and settlement disputes, and foreclosure matters. I served as Managing Articles Editor of my law review and have published in the St. Louis University Law Journal and the CUNY International Law Journal. I am currently completing my appellate clerkship and am interested in commercial litigation, securities litigation, and appellate practice. Before law school, I worked as a bankruptcy paralegal and co-founded a small internet marketing business.
