I am a systems-level strategist and people-first leader with a track record of designing resilient, data-informed operations in mission-driven organizations. Across nearly two decades in healthcare, I built People Analytics from the ground up, scaling it from a concept to an enterprise function embedded in operational and strategic decision-making. My leadership has spanned the full arc of HR transformation: building data governance frameworks, architecting foundational metrics for all major HR functions, embedding analytics into operational decision-making, and leading through ERP transitions and organizational mergers. I do not just implement tools, I design the processes and cross-functional relationships that make them trusted, sustainable, and strategic. But the work I am proudest of is the development of people. Every member of my team, from data entry to data analyst, has grown more capable, more confident, and more connected to the mission. We built a culture where curiosity was protected, learning was nurtured, and where each day was treated as an opportunity to grow.
