WORK HISTORY
Research Fellow @Canterbury Christ Church University
I work on a Royal Health Observatory funded project adressing racialised healthcare inequalities. The evidence of ethnic health inequalities is significant. However, evidence for the curriculum and how that addresses it is limited. Therefore, this project seeks to offer evidence-based guidance for strategic curriculum planning in healthcare education and training at both pre and post registration. I assist on all aspects of project taking an instrumental role in the systemic literature review and leading in the development of case studies.
