Gloria Leads the largest military treatment facility supporting the United States Space Force with 5 squadrons and a team of more than 500 medical professionals. In this capacity, she is the senior medical advisor to the Space Base Delta 1 Commander. She provides mission-readiness support and health care for more than Service Members, retirees and their families while collaborating with regional partners to deliver care for over Department of Defense beneficiaries in the Colorado Springs community and 59 geographically separated units around the world. She oversees a $29 million operating budget, a 9-building medical campus and the Defense Health Agency Central Dental Laboratory which supports 350 tri-service and Veterans Affairs dental facilities worldwide.
