I am an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the legal field with corporate and law firm businesses, including the life science industry. Additionally, I am an experienced and motivated legal operations and contracts manager with experience in implementing processes, managing contracts, and drafting various commercial and R&D Agreements, including drafting templates to support business team objectives. I established global study templates to support ex-U.S. transactions and worked with outside counsel in multiple regions to execute Contracts. Furthermore, I drafted various policies, including a contracts review, signature authority, and a signature delegation policy.
