Prior to serving as Deputy, served as the Claims Experience and Optimization Leader responsible for Member and Employee Experience and Optimization, Learning and Development, Finance, Transformation and PMO. Started career at GEICO and joined Chubb Insurance in 1998. Served as the SVP, Head of Claims Service Centers and Operations leading the Property, Auto and Casualty Claim Departments, Immediate Solutions Contact Center and Operations in the U.S. and offshore. Also served in various roles as the Operations Excellence Manager for the U.S. Claim Service Centers and Claim Operations, Intelligent Process Automation Leader for North America Claims, Digital & Customer Experience Leader for North America Claims, and Head of Service Center Initiatives. Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law at East Carolina University. Formal strategy training from the Haines Centre for Strategic Management and formal process improvement and efficiency training in Lean and Six Sigma.
