ABOUT GLORIA IGIHOZO
A graduate of the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) with a MSc in Global Health Delivery (MGHD), and holder of a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Messiah University. I am currently a PhD student in the International Health and Sustainable Development department at the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.I previously served as a lecturer at UGHE, a role that involved teaching, research, curriculum development and student support. Skills include qualitative research, community engagement, teaching, leadership, and project management. Having worked as a One Health Coordinator and currently being a One Health Research Associate at UGHE, I have experience and skills in qualitative and community-based participatory research. Specific interests in research, One Health, mental health, gender, and health systems strengthening. Looking forward to working on addressing existing gaps in access to health care in impoverished areas and among vulnerable populations.Proficient in English, French, and Kinyarwanda.
