ABOUT GLORIA HARUNA

Hi, I’m Gloria, results-driven and an all round professional, currently a HR Operation & Recruitment Officer and studying for my CIPD Level 5 Certification. I have enjoyed working in HR and particularly as a recruiter. This role has made me interface with several candidates with very strong candidacy. This includes working closely with Hiring Managers to advertise the roles, agree the selection criteria and eventually recruit a successful candidate to meet the hiring needs of the organisation and has been my highlights with this role. Onboarding the successful candidates and supporting through the process to ensure the candidates settle in has always made me feel accomplished. The added privilege of supporting employees in all areas such as payroll, leave entitlements, professional developments and other related services as HR officer is the reason, I enjoy working in HR. I have excellent organisational and communication skills, great negotiation and problem solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple short to long term projects simultaneously. I have worked in the change management team in the past on transformation organisational projects and my Prince 2 certification has enhanced my capability as a Project Manager.
