My responsibilities include project initiation, scheduling and budgeting, establishing risk management and quality control mechanisms, and overseeing progress throughout the project lifecycle. During execution, I lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and compliance, to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
